TAM Airlines Interview

1) A Written test with 50 questions on the following subjects:(in portuguese)

meterology,aerodynamics,engines,DEPV/JEPP charts,navigation,air traffic regulations

-technical english - To translate to portuguese a Fokker 100 manual page.

-english Grammar - about 25 questions.

2) QI tests and PSICO tests ( a lot of them).

3) They put you with a group of pilots to solve a problem in a team base. Everyone must participate.

the key here is to be very polite and participative.

In my case we have to solve a problem after an airplane accident what to do, how to eat,where to go, things like that. This part is the most important .

5) Interview with a line captain:

About your experience,Types flown very nice !!

-- After that you receive a letter telling that you passed or not heh i received that letter , but i was not hired. heh My network at TAM is not quite good( i dont Know any BIG guy there,and it is a most here in BRAZIL)
