Compensation:
- $25,000 Salary + High Commission per Student Enrollment: Our lowest producing Admissions Officer makes $55,000 and highest producing $98,000+.

Position Overview: Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admissions into Academy of Aviation in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. The Admissions Representative must conduct a high quantity of prospect phone calls to organize onsite appointments, provide tours of the campus and fleet, effectively organize a flight training plan according to customer's pilot career goals, conduct follow-up activity applicants, and complete all enrollment procedures in accordance with company, FAA,VA and ACCSC policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact; utilize approved recruitment policies/formats; make prompt and effective contact with both domestic and international inquiries. You will be CALLING and talking to potential students approximately 4-5 hours per day by phone!
2. Secure new inquiries (Personally Developed Leads) by participating in recruitment activities and developing personal social media presence on behalf of AoA.
3. Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goals.
4. Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Adhere to all state, and federal accreditation and flight academy rules and regulations regarding student recruitment.
5. Accurately and completely portray flight academy educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students, parents and educators. Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for the Director of Admissions.
6. Consistently conduct follow-up with all applicants to ensure successful matriculation. Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem solving.
7. Provide campus tours, simulator demonstrations, and tours of the fleet at our NY campuses. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including: open houses, seminars/presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc.
8. Perform enrollment services to completion for students enrolling at either NY campus, regardless of ownership, in support of the Admissions Department as a whole.
9. Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
Education and Experience:

- Pilot license or aviation experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years admissions recruitment or services sales experience.

Qualifications: These positions would require the person to work on-site at our academy location in White Plains, NY at our Westchester County Airport campus. The right candidate will be comfortable interacting with both domestic and international students. It’s essential that the applicant enjoy talking on the phone, assisting aspiring students in mapping out training goals, comfortable giving tours of the Academy, aircraft and sim, be patient, computer savvy and extremely organized. These positions require most of your contact with potential students to be made through Google Voice/WhatsApp/Skype, email, and different chat interfaces. Familiarity with flight training and aviation is preferred.
