Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. I joined this forum last year but I haven't had the time to participate as I would like. I have been working full time and in school full time. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Aeronautics from ERAU DB and the time has come for me to write my thesis. This is where I would please like to ask for help from all you great pilots.

I have a survey for my thesis research to collect data on bird strikes. The purpose of this survey is to analyze the impact of bird strikes on both general and commercial aviation in terms of economic damages, injuries and loss of life. This survey will focus on any local airport in the United States or Canada. The information gathered will be used for research and will be completely confidential. You do not need to include your name or any other personal information. If interested and willing to participate please let me know and we can discuss the best way to get it to you. Thanks again in advance for any assistance you could provide with this.

Cheers and happy flying :)

There is no sport equal to that which aviators enjoy while being carried through the air on great white wings.
