Hi -
New guy here with a few stupid questions...
I have been poking around looking for more information about the company. Air Inc. and the NetJets website aren't overly helpful. Where can I find out more in-depth info about the Company?
Also, several years ago I ran into two pilots of theirs who said that NetJets "Management" which is a small division of the company was the way to go. Anybody know anything about that?
Any good info/leads would be great....

Netjets.........
A Berkshire-Hathaway Company
Owned by Warren Buffett and CEO Richard Santulli
Owns Flight Safety
Existed since 1964, General O.F. Lassiter in the US Air Force, Jimmy Stewart and Arthur Godfrey were on the original board.
Formerly known a Executive Jet until changing their name to Netjets a few years ago.
Fleet can be found on website.
Current pilot bases are LAX, DAL, CMH, PBI and TEB
Headquaters in CMH
You are typed rated on all aircraft even as FO.
Schedules are 7 days on 7 days off, start days vary on aircraft. Reserve is reseerve, monthly bid and you get 4 days off of your choice, the other days are assigned. Pay is higher for reserve and is usually very senior. Pilots hired before 11/05 have home basing. All others are based at above airports, may change in near future.
You arrive in your base the night prior on your own dime, after that they will pay your hotel or commercial you out. At the end of trip they will fly you to any other city other than your base, but they only pay your fare up to amount of ticket to your base. Commuting can get costly.
Good company with strong future, pay scales for new hires are kind of weak, 40K with minimal raises. Upgrade time is currently about 4 years, longer for larger jets.
There are several different divisions of Netjets, USA, Europe and Middle East. Netjets International flies the large Gulfstreams and is not union. They may merge the list with NJA USA.
No jumpseat privlages....
