I worked for them a few yrs back, good company. they are the CA fed ex feeder. They fly C-208's. I think that you may be a floater for a while, unless they have a route that you want open. But its not bad. Its monday thru friday or sat. morning. You start Monday evening and fly from the outstation to the hub and then go to the hotel. Then do it back to the outstation in the morning around 5 am. Then when you get to the outstation your done untill that evening again.
Good luck.

Good company from what I hear. They fly 208's Fedex Feeder Schedules are usually good. They will offer benifits and vaction etc. There was a guy in my class at Pan Am in MEM from West Air. Thats where they send a lot of there people for initial(as well as our company and many othes.) Level D sim, 5 day course, good learning experience to get a feel for the effects of ice on the caravan. Caravan was a great airplane to fly. Icing is its only down fall due to its lack of power. Hope this helps.

Just a question - don't read anything into it
Why are people with 135 minimums choosing the Caravan, when presumably they could get a Captain position on a twin turboprop? It seems that the latter is more valuable time.
It looks like the Caravan pay is generally more - that certainly is a plus. Also, I've only got 2-3 hours in the 208, but they're a lot of fun to fly.
