How do I start down the long road to being hired at FedEx?

Hey Man, try to get a job at FedEx throwing boxes or doing some other part time permanent or full time permanent job, this will give you the chance to get an interview there WHEN they start hiring again ................. you will be required to stay with whatever job you take there for a defined period of time, then you are free to apply to the Line haul side, it all depends on your Manager where you work, when you can be released out of your department, to the Line haul side (Cargo). I know lots of others that have gone this route to the Line Haul and they made it.
No one is going to tell you about this, and you can also apply this rule to other companies ............... if you get inside with working for them, you are generally given the benefit of an interview before anyone on the outside who is applying for the same job !!! GOOD LUCK, GRASSHOPPER !!!
