I interviewed with Delta and passed the interview, but unfortunately failed the COG test. sad.gif

I have the option to go back in six months to re-interview. Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any insight to the success rate to re-interviewing and taking the test for the second time?

I appreciate any insight.

Thanks,

I say get in touch with Delta and re-test/re-interview. If you passed the interview then get in touch with AirInc as they have the COG-SCREEN AE test and you can practice until you puke and be ready when you go in again. Delta is hiring 680-700 pilots in 2008. I just interviewed with them on 6-7 Nov. If Delta is where you want to be, then re-test and re-interview. It shows Delta your interest/desire to be a part of the company. Good luck.
