I'm interested in flying for a fractional in the future and was wondering if SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS FOR XOJET (and isn't prone to being permanently pissed off) can give me a rundown of what working there is like. Things like the work schedule, starting pay for an FO on the X, vacation and sick leave, etc. Also, the general atmosphere and if they are family friendly. Thanks in advance.
