I was wondering....after I complete my flight training, would I make more money flying for a Corporate/Commercial airplane rather than fly for a regional company?
Which corporate/Commercial companies are the best paying, right out of flight school??
Thank you.

1st. I suggest going to an accelerated flt school to get it over with. The more often you fly the less time you have to forget. That equals less money for training and the sooner you can get paid rather than pay to fly.
Right out of flt school you will have no time. Most CFI to build time and make some pennies. All I know is Corporate and in the corporate world insurance dictates who can and cannot get hired, thus build time quickly. In reality, the average corp gig will last 5-10 yrs and will top out at 100k-125k. The grass is always greener and it looks like the majors is the best option. I would suggest busting butt, getting on with a regional (they hire low time guys) making chump change to build quality time ie turbine time. PIC turbine time means everything. Once you build some PIC turbine you start becoming marketable.

You said that turbin time PIC is everything........Does that include turbo prop PIC also? Soes that count as the same for a major employer airlines as same as a CRJ or one of those?
If I go to Eagle, they might give me the Saab....unless they give me a choice which one I want to fly.

I plan to attend Ariben Aviator so I can use my GI Bill/VA Army benefits after I retire.
