Has anyone had a phone interview with Netjets lately? I just received an email with a time and date for this and was wondering if this is a new format and is so what to expect? Any help would be awesome.

Hello All,

I had the phone interview today and the update will be in the Pilot Interview page. Quick summary of questions:

What do you know about NJ?

Why do you want to work for NJ?

Review my flying history and where I want to go with my career.

In your own words define Elite Customer service.

How would you handle PAX that are upset due to WX delays, bad business meeting or Maint problems?

How would your peers decribe you as a person and your character?

That's it, if I remember more I will post it.

I had a phone int. on 6/06/08. I talked to Mindy Drummond, very nice lady. She asked me the typical H.R ?'s. Here are the one's she asked me.
1. Why Aviation?
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why NetJets?
3. Have you ever found yourself in a customer service enviroment?
4. What is your customer service philosphy?
5. Short term/Long term career goals?
