I have heard how terrible Pinnacle is suppose top be from some folks on the interview gouge and wanted to get it right from the horses mouth. What are your opinions on the company?
Also, I assume Pinnacle doesnt type the FO as a new hire?
Finally, How long can one expect to be on Reserve as a new hire?
Thanks in advance!

Pinnacle is a regional, like most it is not the best place to work. After working at other regionals Pinnacle is not the best place to work by any stretch, however depending on what you are looking for it maybe a fit for you. As far as time on reserve, right now it is indefinite as all movement in the industry has come to a stop. Last I heard we were not planning on hiring until the end of next year. And management is (as they have threatened in the past) to furlough at the end of winter. This threat came from DW so take that for what it is worth. There are better places to work, if you are looking for MSP DTW or MEM, I would say look at mesaba they are supposed to hire through the end of next year as I understand it. I think the number i have heard from guys over there is between 350 an 500. Again it is a rumor so take it for what it is worth.
