Hi, my name is Cuy and i am new to this board. To get to the point, I was wondering which (in your opinions of course) is the best regional airline to work for based on such criteria as workload, pay, job satisfaction, etc.
I also want to know which regional airlines operate out of the western pacific united states (namely califonia). Thanks.

Sky West and Mesa are the two biggies that operate in the california area. historically Sky West has been reguarded as the better of the two but Mesa just renegociated its pilot contract so they are very competative to work for now.
The concensus these days is to get with who ever is hiring because they all suck.
Good luck

Give me a break Skywest and Mesa are both bottom feeders. In this day and age you need to find a place that you can stand to be at for some time, while waiting for the business to ebb back to a good spot. Pay and contract are a big thing in the regional and just in the over all airline world. Both Skywest and Mesa are some of the worst. A good start is going to APC to check pay rates.
