Below is a link to a survey. The survey is designed to collect data on flight crew member's perceptions and experiences with assertiveness. The survey has 15 quick answer questions with 2 that can you can elaborate on. It should take no more than a few minutes to complete.

Responses will be kept confidential and no identifying questions are asked in the survey. It is to complete a Master's degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
