FO pay is $25/hour. That doesn't change.
Captain pay starts at $50/hour, with a $2/year raise until you max out at $60.
Time required to upgrade to captain is 2000TT, with at least 500 hours in a BE1900c.
Upgrades depend on what is available, your time, and recommendations from the Captains, as well as your general attitude at work. Things move fast, and people can get upgraded quickly when there is a need.
You will fly a lot, some people get close to their 1400/yr. 100+/month can be expected, and you can expect to fly 120+ easily in the summertime. There are no Sunday flights, unless they are a charter, which happens throughout the year. Work is hard, since you load and unload planes at a lot of the places and you will fly in some pretty nasty weather. A lot of times you will work 6 days/week. But, you are home every night. The flights are 95% cargo, with the occasional Pax charter. Lots of Pax flights in the summertime.
ACE is a great place to work, if you don't mind working hard. The pilots are all pretty cool, the business has their act together, and you will fly some very cool places and have some very cool experiences. You will get a ton of real IFR time!
