Opinions on ATP west coast locations?

Hi, I'm looking into training at ATP, most likely at Las Vegas, Phoenix or Sacramento. I've read here that the experience can vary by location. Rumor aside, can anyone that has attended any of these locations, or the other one's in CA give me a synopsis of their experience; the good, the bad, and the ugly?
