737 Type and hiring chance

I have been told that SWA will hire pilots that have the type rating or give new hires time to get the type. How much more of a chance do I have to get in if I already have the type vs not. A bit of background I have roughly 6200 hrs, around 4000 jet time with PIC in part 91 and 135 ops. I hold three type ratings and have flown airplane with EFIS and FMS. No airline experience.
