I have been flying for 5 years now, and not knowing anyone else who is a pilot besides those I met at school I don't have many connections. I am hoping someone can help me. I now have 250 TT all in single engine. I am struggling with becoming a CFI, I don't like to teach. I also am not military minded. I picked up a job as a jump pilot for a local skydive facility, but it really isn't consistent. Does anyone have advise on how to get the hours I need to become an Airline pilot. I don't want to spend another 5 years to get only 500 hours total. Thought? Suggestions?

I think maybe towing banners? I know you can gain a lot of hours towing for one summer.
