Just wondering what the typical schedule was at Citation Shares - how many days off/month, how many nights away from base/month, do the flight crews generally return to their base each night or are they away each night that they are working. Just general info - trying to get a feel for the company. Also, how long is it taking to upgrade and what is the future looking like for upgrade etc... Thanks, Murdoflys

CitationShares works 7 on and 7 off. You are usually away from your base the whole week unless you are based at HPN. With our new pay raises and plans for new aircraft, upgrade time will run I would say arround 2 years. They have decided to slow down the aircraft growth and work towards making the company better within. I have been there about 3 years and 3 months and I have nothing negative to say. Just good things. Life is very good here..

With a schedule of 7on/7off and bases all over the US do you get deadheaded out early the first day, every time? Also after you get placed into your aircraft initially is there ever opportunity to switch equipment?

It sounds like a great company I would love to find out more as I plan on applying in Jan.
