I am planning on attending my first Airline Job Fair nearby in the upcoming months and wanted to get a little more insite on how they are run. I picture it as walking around to the different booths, chatting with the airline representatives and passing out resumes. I am sure that there is more to it than that so if anyone could shed some more light on what happens at these I would appreciate it.
