1.Does anyone have experience or info regarding Omni? Web site too brief. But, understand it's ACMI leasing, charter/pax/mil 121 domestic/int'l ops. Profitable. Slow growth.

2. Any interview insight with Omni?

Thx all.

Sorry this is a little late....but now you have the job at Omni....good luck. I worked for them for seven years and though most of the time I liked it...there were some rough spots. The program managers, both the 757 and the DC-10 fleet are really great guys, the chief pilot....he's a jerk. He's threatoned to fire anyone who disagrees with him...if you don't fly when you're told...he offers to write a letter of recomendation for you. Overtime is voluntary...but if you complain or turn it down....you just might be looking for another job. Don't cross paths with the wrong flight attendant....(like I did), they start complaining about you and the HR manager is filing complaints with the chief pilot and they start looking for ways to terminate you. I quit before they fired me but the program manager, who is a good friend of mine warned me the chief pilot was going to fire me. While I was there, I know of 5 guys who got fired for no reason...you have no recourse, no one to complain to. The chief pilot for the company I work for now was fired from there because he was "fratenizing" with a flight attendant. He ( my boss) is a great guy and a great pilot and surely a loss for Omni. Be prepared for 20 days on the road....and then some. They have a policy of adding 4 days to your schedule before you go on the road and then on the last day, they tell you they need to extend your trip the four days.....the people who work there are all nice people for the most part but managment leaves a lot to be desired...right now I have a great job flying Lear 60's and better pay...I am home everynight....there is life after Omni.....good luck to you and just be on your guard with them....

Can anyone confirm the WFFF pay scale/benefits for OMNI? Are they current? How many hours are pilots getting? What is their involvment with 10 AIRTANKER? Do pilots cross over between the 2 operations?

Omni is looking to hire approximately 30 pilots to crew 757/767s previous experience on type not required. However, the only way to get an interview is know someone at Omni who currently works there or left on good terms.
