I 'm military pilot with ATPL frozen, MEP-IR valid licence.
I have flown 30 hours oon C-27 SPARTAN and i want to know if is possibile to assimilate MCC course.

I am not sure what you can do with your Frozen ATPL. We don't freeze in the states. I suggest you check with the school providing you with the ATPL and inquire about other courses you can take.
