Hi my name is Ari Schwartz. I recently purchased a property minutes from Newark airport. I was considering developing 10,000 square feet of lodging for commercial pilots and crew.
The concept that I had is similar to zipcar.
I am looking to provide a safe secure environment for members to layover and rest towards the next leg of their travel.
No leases to sign no commitment to stay. We will offer low rates by the day and amenities comparable to a hostel with professionals in mind.
