Pilot Interview Profile:
Rather simple process and it is all in one day. You are flown over in business class out of IAD. In the morning, you do the medical. In the afternoon, it is sim eval and HR interview. You are informed that evening if you are hired or not. What they are looking for are B757/767 drivers under 60. They will look at you over 60 if you have exceptional experience. They just brought three B767's and will start taking delievery of B777's and B787's soon. This is a profitable, expanding airline that is looking for ex-pats. The down side is that the pay is not great and the sim training is a bitch if you are not flexible. Basically, a good place to park yourself until something better comes along.
